Perhaps what surprised people the most is the money the students "invested" in the event. The boys were all clad in expensive suits and the girls with spot on make-up and expensive jewelry. This was polarizing as some people wondered if kids are being overly exposed to material things at an early age.

Recently, a debate about money bouquets rocked social media with most people saying that it is wrong to give a child in primary school money bouquets. More liberal minded people feel that there is absolutely nothing wrong with all this and that life is short hence, anyone experiencing a happy moment should be given the liberty to do so.
